Shipping Time

Any shipping timeframes provided on the website are estimates only and should not be treated as guaranteed delivery dates.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by:

Shipping delays do not automatically qualify an order for cancellation, refund, or chargeback.

We do not guarantee replacement or refund for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. In such cases, customers should first check with household members, neighbors, building management, or the carrier directly.

For packages delayed in transit, we may assist by reviewing the shipment status, but delivery timing remains subject to carrier handling and transit conditions.

Customs, Duties, and Import Charges

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processes or for packages held by customs authorities.

Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

If a shipment is refused, abandoned, or returned due to customer inaction, refusal to pay import fees, or repeated failed delivery attempts, the order may not qualify for a full refund. Any original shipping cost, return shipping cost, carrier charges, or related handling fees may be deducted.

Split Shipments
